Mr Chowdhry was very friendly and explained the options for my painful and stiff hip and gave me the choice but recommended hip replacement. He went through the procedure pre op.
My operation was very successful, I saw him in clinic afterwards and he has booked me in for the other hip.

Treatment from Mr Chowdhry was second to none. From initial diagnosis following X-ray to the operation itself, Mr Chowdhry gave clear information on the procedure for a total hip replacement outlining the potential risks against the outcome of a successful operation.
After 8 weeks following the surgery I feel the operation was a complete success and my thanks go to Mr Chowdhry and his team.

Mr Majid Chowdhry is an experienced and comprehensively trained knee and hip orthopaedic surgeon. His specific area of interest lies in sports' knee injuries, including ACL and complex ligament reconstruction, knee joint preservation, meniscal surgery, and hip and knee replacements. Alongside this, he performs revision hip and knee arthroplasty and fractures of the knee, hip and pelvis.
With such a vast range of available surgical skills, Mr Chowdhry can ensure that each patient receives a completely personalised and tailored treatment option.
His interest in sports injuries has come from being a keen sportsman himself. He is an honorary lecturer in Sports and Exercise Medicine, and contributes to teaching and research arms.
