The overall experience of using the Montefiore Hospital was excellent. The whole hospital is very clean and tidy, the reception staff were friendly and welcoming and quick to send you off in the right direction. My appointments were always on time, were never lengthy and served their exact purpose. On the day of my operation from being welcomed and taken to my room right through to being escorted off of the premises some nine hours later the whole experience was first class. All of those involved should be very proud of the service that they provided me with. Mark Tugwell

Let down by lack of car park making life very difficult if you have to travel any distance and then worry about paying for street parking.

I saw Mr Joideep Phadnis who operated on my badly fractured elbow . Thanks to His surgical skill I have made a very pleasing recovery . A top notch surgeon operating within a relaxing but every efficient environment.

Great hospital and service. Only criticism would be poor post operation pain co ordination and management while staying overnight and on discharge.

An excellent visit to the Montefiore from being welcomed at reception and having two procedures. I would recommend the hospital and their staff very highly.

The hospital is very centrally located in Hove, near Brighton and is easy to reach. The whole establishment is very well maintained - the decor is tasteful and in good condition, the rooms are spacious and clean and all amenities are well maintained. In addition to this the hospital is very well run -the staff are friendly and professional, I have never needed to wait for my appointments and have always been treated with dignity and respect. I was fully involved in all decisions around my care. I would certainly recommend this hospital
