Dr Arambage treated me for endometriosis, which I was suffering from several years. My condition was very urgent and he agreed to see me on a very short notice. It was a very complex operation which he handled with utmost professionalism and care. He was very supportive and explained everything in detailed before and after the operation. I really felt I was in a very good hands that gave me lots of confidence and calm before and after the operation. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs not just a doctor but also a person who cares about his patients.

Kirana Arambage operated on me to treat symptoms of endometriosis that I’ve had for 8+ years. I had a laparoscopic excision of endometriosis, which I have to say, within a month of surgery I have already noticed a difference. I had no mid cycle pain (which has previously been very troublesome), I didn’t even register that my period was coming! No pain! Wow! I don’t mind in sounding cliche in saying that Mr Arambage’s operating on me has literally changed my life. Within 3 weeks I’ve returned to work by commuting in on my bicycle, to feeling a young, healthy 27 year old (what I should be like) which is exactly the result I wanted! On the day of my surgery I was overwhelmed with the professionalism of Mr Arambage and his team. He treated me with dignity and respect. Despite finishing his operating list into the later hours of the evening he came to see me, with a smile and calmness on his face, and made me feel at ease. Thank you Mr Arambage.

After suffering with my constant pain with heavy periods, Endometriosis and painful sex I am finally cured thanks to Dr Kirana Arambage. It has been a long few years with this horrible pain. After many appointments to doctors asking for help I was told to take contraceptive pill or to be fitted with a coil. As I did not need contraceptives I was quite upset as my husband had a vasectomy after my second was born. Anyway I went on to have a coil fitted and this was not plain sailing as for some. Moving forward I thought this cannot be my life! I called my GP and said I would like to be referred to BUPA. I got a letter through and rang BUPA and they gave me a list of consultants I could see. I went on google and done some research and found Dr Kirana Arambage had great reviews and had treated people with symtoms like me. I called and made a appointment. I was seen quickly and I sat and spoke and everything was heard. I wasn't been fobbed off. Few months later I have had a Hysterectomy to remove painful Endometriosis and other female organs which will help me be a happier person. I cannot that my consultant enough. As for The Manor in Oxfordshire they provided me with the best care. Thank you to all.

I had a very serious case of endometriosis and I was on medication constantly for the past 3 years. It affected my life so bad and so much in so many ways that I don't want to think of it. After I saw Dr. Arambage I felt that finally after 5 years someone listened to me and understood the situation. He scheduled me for a laparoscopy and he took care of every detail, studying my case carefully, assessing it correctly, assembling all the doctors that were necessary, including a urologist to put stents in order to avoid damage to my (previously hurt) ureters, arranged the cleaning of my bladder (that wasn't treated in a previous surgery 7 years ago in Greece) and overall, gave me my life back. I wish I had met him 5 years ago. Not to mention that he arranged immediately for the removal of the stents as NHS managed to completely forgot to arrange the appointment after I was dismissed from the hospital. I have been calling various services in NHS and nobody seemed to know what to do. When I reached out to Dr. Arambage, he responded within less than 2 hours and the problem was solved the very next day as an appointment was arranged for a week later. If I did I may have still been able to have a child. Dr. Arambage is a great doctor and I feel lucky that he was the one that treated me. I can recommend him and I consider him as one of the best gynecologist and surgeons at least in UK
