Thank you Kirana and team... You have helped improve my life in ways I never thought possible! Since the age of 14, i have struggled with hip, leg and back pain, which has gotten progressively worse over the years (I'm now 38); and, I had honestly given up hope that I would ever feel normal again!! Kirana listened to me and was extremely empathic, from the moment my family & I walked into his room. He listened (without judgement) about all the things I have been struggling with for years e.g. hip/back/leg/shoulder and chest pain (just to name, a few) and immediately told me that "the pain wasn't in head", like I'd been told for many years. He also told me, he knew (exactly) what was wrong and that all my symptoms pointed to Endometriosis; and, that he was 99% confident (without even operating)... He was right and, after surgery, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Severe Endometriosis (as well as Adenomyosis). I can honestly say, his care is second-to-none... He is truly amazing and I cannot rate/recommend him highly enough.

Mr Arambage is an exceptional endometriosis specialist, and I truly cannot recommend him highly enough. I am incredibly grateful to him and his entire team for the outstanding care they provided. If you have endometriosis, this is the person you need to see. From my very first appointment, he was empathetic, understanding, and genuinely kind—something that is unfortunately not always guaranteed in women’s health. He took his time at every stage, always answering my questions and explaining everything in a clear and thoughtful way. I had a very large endometrioma on one of my ovaries, and the level of skill and expertise he demonstrated during surgery was outstanding. Given the size of the endometrioma and the extent of my endometriosis, I truly believe my outcome would have been very different had I gone elsewhere. Before and after the procedure, he explained everything thoroughly, ensuring I felt informed and reassured. Seeing an expert for endometriosis surgery is absolutely critical, and Mr Arambage was simply exceptional. After my surgery, he even made sure I left the hospital with photos from the procedure so I could fully understand what had been removed—something I really appreciated. I have since had follow-up appointments and they have all been just as positive, with the same high level of care and attention. I also have to mention Fiona, his secretary. She is incredibly efficient, kind, and supportive throughout the whole process, and she makes a huge difference during what can be a very stressful time. I cannot thank Mr Arambage, Fiona, and the team enough. I recommend them all wholeheartedly.

If you have endometriosis, this is the man to go to. I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend Dr Arambage for anyone suffering from endometriosis. I was diagnosed with endometriosis and went to see Dr Arambage due to the long delays with the NHS. From the very beginning, he was exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and clearly outline the required treatment plan in a way I could understand. His expertise and reassuring manner immediately put me at ease. Please book a consultation with Mr. Arambage, you will not regret it! Having been diagnosed with DIE, which had infiltrated my bowel, earlier this year I was advised to see Mr Arambage for a consultation at the Manor Hospital in Oxford, best decision ever. Mr Arambage and his team have been kind, caring, and compassionate listening to my personal journey and life style. He took the time to understand me and what worked for me, which I cannot thank him enough for. His working relationship with other consultants in my case was wonderful to see. Fiona, Mr Arambage’s secretary, is very prompt in replying to my concerns keeping me updated at every point, also showing kindness and compassion to my needs. Mr Arambage reassurance and expert knowledge put me at ease from the initial consultation, right up to the moment of surgery which he explain in detail to me and continued afterwards, ensuring that any further issues are dealt with as a whole package of care. I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis and advised that the NHS waiting list for treatment would be up to two years, with no guarantee that the surgery would fully address the complexity of my case. After extensive research, I contacted Mr Arambage for a consultation at the Manor Hospital in Oxford, and it was the best decision I could have made. I cannot recommend Mr Arambage and his team highly enough. My care has been outstanding from start to finish, and despite the complexity of my condition requiring a multidisciplinary approach, I received treatment in a much shorter timeframe than expected.
