After enduring months of severe pain and being diagnosed with endometriosis, I was referred to Dr. Arambage by my previous consultant, who discovered during a laparoscopy that my case was particularly complex. Upon consulting with Dr. Kirana, I was immediately reassured by his expertise and compassionate approach. My condition was intricate, with endometriosis having spread extensively. Nevertheless, Dr. Kirana, utilizing his exceptional skills, performed the most effective surgical procedure possible. Today, five weeks post-surgery, I am delighted to report that I just completed a hike without any pain. I feel as though I have been given a new lease on life. In hindsight, I often wish I had consulted him earlier, as it would have spared me significant time spent in discomfort. I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Kirana's help, as well as for his secretary, Fiona, who has always been available and easy to reach.

Thanks to Mr Arambage and his brilliant secretary, Fiona, I had a good experience during a recent uncertain situation, which I found quite complicated. They have been considerate, caring and knowledgeable and helped smooth the path to a resolution. They have answered calls and queries, at times outside of office hours and I have always felt heard. My thanks to them both.

Fit me in fast and smoothly. Reassuring and kind. Made sure I understood what would happen and took time to go through results.

A positive experience thank you to Mr Arambage. I was diagnosed with extensive endometriosis in May 2024 and had a total hysterectomy just two months later plus other procedures at the same time. Mr Arambage discussed the options available to me and he was very accessible when I had follow-up questions. Comfortable stay at The Manor Hospital and glad this surgery is now complete and my symptoms are relieved.
