The nurse who looked after me overnight after my surgery was fantastic / she had to check my dressing every 2 hours - she was kind and considerate and caring.

All of the staff at the Manor Hospital were just brilliant! I was very lucky to be able to have my treatment covered by private health insurance so I there’s a level of expectation. The whole team went way beyond that to put me at my ease, explain everything and help me with any questions. They were professional, funny, and caring. The hospital facilities were great.

I found all staff at The Manor to be helpful and polite. During my stay I was frequently awake at night and the nurses couldn’t do enough for me. The nursing care was always considerate and professional and frequent cups of tea! My room was modern, well equipped and clean.

On a positive note, all the staff from the housekeeping department through to all the professional nursing staff have been excellent. Everyone has been very kind and extremely helpful.
One negative point was that at one stage during my stay, building ie carpet replacement and painting works was carried out with little or no notice to both staff and visitors. The directional information was nearly non existent. Visitors had to interrupt staff from their work to be assisted to the relevant wards.

I had absolutely fantastic post op care at Manor, which helped my recovery physically and emotionally.
Staff were very caring compassionate. I had very good hospitality care.
I have no hesitation in recommending Manor to any one looking for Private Care.
