Jonathan Pollock what a totally amazing man! So genuine and sincere. Clearly explained everything and actually listened to me. He performed a six hour craniotomy and successfully removed a tumour I had. I am forever in his debt his willingness to operate has helped preserve what sight I had left. Can never thank him enough and the aftercare is just as good as the build up to the operation.

Mr Pollock - a thoughtful person, showing compassion, very supportive through the whole process, from start to finish and made the explanations simple and easy to understand. made himself available and approachable, which was valuable throughout the process.

From my initial meeting, many subsequent appointments and finally surgery, Mr Pollock was very personable, reassuring, informative and patient. I felt listened to and supported, no question was unanswered or too trivial. He has a fabulous surgical team at Romford Queens and I have had a very favourable outcome from my surgery. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Mr Pollock was fab. I had full trust in him, even with my hair which is a little bit odd at the moment but at only 3 weeks after my op is still wonderful. He was honest and straightforward and I was very pleased to see him just before I went into surgery. Thank you so much for all you have done for me.

My Neurosurgical training was in Oxford, Nottingham and London. our Hospitals in Romford form the 10th largest acute provider in England out of 280 NHS Trusts and we have seen significant development in our clinical services since opening in 2006.
The Skull Base practice has grown to a large multidisciplinary team with expert input from Rhinology, Neuro-otology, Maxillofacial , Oculoplastic , Facial Plastics, Endocrine and Neurophysiology colleagues. Queens Hospital has recently been designated one of two centres for the treatment of Brain Tumours in North Central London. The department has a high reputation for training.

My interests include meningioma (over 400 managed and operated) , vestibular schwannoma, pituitary tumours and combined craniofacial approaches. I have a particular interest in surgery for intracranial tumours causing visual failure. I have developed multidisciplinary and endoscopic operating at Queens significantly over the last 14 years.
