From my initial meeting, many subsequent appointments and finally surgery, Mr Pollock was very personable, reassuring, informative and patient. I felt listened to and supported, no question was unanswered or too trivial. He has a fabulous surgical team at Romford Queens and I have had a very favourable outcome from my surgery. I would not hesitate to recommend.
