Mr Polyzois carried out an arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, subacromial decompression and AC joint excisionand long head biceps tenotomy. I had this surgery on 31 January and, although Mr Polyzois advised that it could be well over three months before I saw much improvement, for the last few weeks the movement I have in my right arm is significantly better than it has been for years. No pain in my arm now when I am in bed and very few headaches which I had been suffering with for years. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Polyzois, he is very caring and I have every confidence in him.

I was referred to Mr Ployzois as I was experiencing pain in my neck, shoulders, arms and elbows for some months and physiotherapy was not helping the problems. I found him to be very professional and thorough in his examination of the problems. He immediately arranged for me to have 4 MRI scans of both shoulders and both elbows. The result of which was 4 injections of Depo Medrone and LA of the subacromial space on both sides of each shoulder. I also had PRP injections to both elbows under ultrasound control to treat distal biceps tendinopathy. So far (3 weeks) the treatments have worked like magic and I really have next to no pain. I need to continue with physiotherapy for some time yet to get full movement back but I am sooooo pleased I was referred to Mr Polyzois. He has for me worked miracles and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who is suffering upper body pain.

I found Mr Polyzois a wonderful and competent orthopaedic surgeon. He carried out my rotary cuff operation in October 2017 which was very successful. I would recommend him to anyone else requiring this operation, he is very pleasant, friendly and he made me feel very comfortable during my time in his care.

I met the surgeon Mr Ioannis Polyzois on a consultation and explained my injury and from the MRI scan he identified the shoulder injury and identified that a Rotator Cuff shoulder surgery would be needed to releave my pain and use my shoulder without any discomfort. I was informed the procedure in detail and the recovery time. The op was done and 6 months later i am able to use the shoulder in normal use without any pain. I am glad i had surgery by Dr Polyzois as he was was very careing and his professionalism manner made me recover back to normal.
