I would highly recommend Darren Chester as a surgeon. Mr Chester carried out my bilateral pinnaplasty in May 2017. He took great care and time beforehand discussing with me the procedure. I was extremely pleased with the results of the procedure and very pleased I chose to have the pinnaplasty.

From pre op all the way through to the final appointment Mr Chester made me feel so comfortable and reassured . He explained everything with the upmost empathy and compassion and he performed a fantastic operation. I've been left with minimal (unnoticeable) scarring I was a little concerned about. Throughout my appointments with him, Mr Chester was understanding and worked with me to achieve great results. A genuine caring doctor, I feel so content in knowing I can call up to have any further checks on my face. I can't thank him enough.

My experience of surgery on the 22 nd of May 2017 with Mr Chester was from start to finish so positive with amazing life changing results. I had excess skin after 3 c- sections and other abdominal surgeries resulting in muscle separation which caused me terrible back pain. Mr Chester fully investigated how abdominoplasty would benefit me and was very informative about the procedure and the risks in a very honest manner. It can be so difficult to talk about and reveal body issues but Mr Chester was so dignified and respectful that I felt comfortable and totally relaxed throughout. On the day of my surgery I was quite naturally afraid but Mr Chester quickly reassured me and took all the fear away. During surgery, straight after and the days following surgery Mr Chester was there checking my progress. When the dressing came off I was delighted to find I had a flat, strong abdomen which was taut with a thin neat scar due to his perfection and quality of work. My new belly button is so perfect and natural looking I am so happy! Thanks to the muscle separation repair I no longer have back pain, I have core strength and at last feel my body is aligned and strong! I am four months post op now and I'm a new more confident version of myself. I couldn't be happier with the skill and perfection of my abdominoplasty surgery.

Honestly could not fault a thing about Mr Chester or the procedure, didn't push or rush me into having anything done, listened to everything I had to say and talked me through the best procedure to get the best results I was looking for, emphasised all possible side effects making me fully aware of the risks. Great after care and couldn't of asked for a better surgeon and it's genuinely changed my life thanks to the incredible results.
