I had a big cut on my foot to a accident, I was told to get it checked out, ''walking to reception in Kidderminster hospital minor injury's, where i was taken into the first to nurse Leanne, she taken my information of my cut foot, she sent me for a Xray , which I was taken by wheelchair by nurse sue, had my Xray taken by nurse brindi . taken back by nurse sue in the wheelchair. where i was seen by nurse ali , she looked at my Xray results, which she later cleaned the cut on foot and put in stiches. all these nurses are good at the work they given me today !''' please give all these nurses credit for all helping me get sorted ! happy day with the care of the NHS NURSES!!!!!!! On Thursday Feb 25th I fell badly on my face causing damage to my nose, forehead and knees. I was taken to Minor Injuries at KGH. I was taken in about five minutes and was treated by nurse Sally Bloomer, she could not have been more professional! Calm and confident she went through the list of tests for that type of accident and, despite my constant talking, kept me calm too. Without the need for rhinoplasty I am now looking very handsome with dressings in nose and forehead, I feel like a brave wounded soldier. Only problem is... my wife's put a commode in my room!

Ophthalmology dept reception staff unwelcoming. Having arrived from the Nursing Home in a wheelchair, my Mom was made to get out on to a chair, with great difficulty, even though table was adjustable by the first Sister. Next. The Staff Nurse was snappy, and still did not realise Mum was in a wheelchair for a reason. Dementia, arthritis and great difficulty moving. However, the Consultant was excellent and understanding and treated Mum properly. Think all staff could learn from lessons in handling Dementia and disabilities.

I had surgery at Kidderminster acute hospital january 2017! I was very nervous about it all but was reassured as soon as i arrived! Miss mullan and her team were amazing! Before i knew it i was back in my private ward! Miss mullan and her team came to see me before my departure and explained that all had gone very well! I was amazed by the care and attention i received during my stay! Well done to all the team and Thankyou very much!

i suffer from a difficult condition where as i can have fits any time.
i was sent to day patients to have a tooth out, they listened to my concerns, treated me with respect. some thing i have not received from another hospital in my region .

Although most of the staff were very good, you have always got one who could do with improvement or maybe they were having an off day ! you have always got the ones who go the extra mile, I do believe many of the jobs they have to do, the time allocated is not sufficient time for nurses on the wards to CARE for patients, only to carry out the treatments.

A recently refurbished/new hospital that was very efficient and all the staff kept me fully informed and were most courteous.
