Mr. Bain is everything you would want in a surgeon - I have visited him for two surgical procedures now. The outcomes are excellent and I am thrilled with the results. He is also kind and patient, listening to all of my concerns and being honest about the options I had. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I visited Mr Bain with my mother after she suffered a nasty break of her thumb. It was causing serious pain and was further complicated by arthritis already present in her hand. I accompany Mum as she is almost deaf and while is able to read lips perfectly, sadly other people often struggle to make themselves understood, which can leave her feeling “stupid” (her words) and not always fully informed. This was not the case with Mr Bain at all. He immediately established great communication with Mum and completely gained her trust, which was certainly not misplaced. His care and treatment not only led to the avoidance of surgery, which would have been a risk, but led to the full use of her hand to a better standard than before her fracture. We can not recommend him enough. Absolutely brilliant.

Even through a world wide pandemic, I had the most positive experience! Mr Bain put me at ease from the very first appointment. He understood what I wanted and reassured me that he could create the size breasts I’ve always wanted. Mr Bain was always clear in what he could do, how he would do it and the result speaks for its self. He spoke to my partner and I in a friendly and approachable manner. He was sensitive to my concerns and worries; always at the other end of the phone if I needed him. I am so happy with my new breasts; they have given me a new found confidence.
