We went to see Dr Hannan for my 5 year old daughter who is afraid of having checkups especially when it involves using instruments. However, she was totally fine with Dr Hannan. He was very welcoming and was able to reassure and attain trust from my daughter who allowed him to check her nose. I am very grateful he had such a good demeanour and if I have further concerns I’ll be sure to go back to Dr Hannan.

We had the experience of working with Mr Hannan for my oldest in terms of a problem with her nose. Honestly speaking, we really appreciated the effort Mr Hannan took to make sure my daughter would feel comfortable with the set up as well as the procedure. Mr Hannan is also a good listener where he would listen tentatively when you speak and what is more, he also thinks from the angle of the patients. He also takes the extra mile to explain the technical problem in a user friendly way and this clearly has the benefit of reducing the patients' anxiety. All in all, I will recommend Mr Hanan to anyone.

Through a mix of very skillful questioning and listening Dr Hannan has been able to understand the complex context in very short time and in a pleasant way. Following the examination, Dr Hannan has explained to me the findings, shown them visually so it has been easy to understand the implications. I was recommended to Mr. Hannan by other family members and referred by my GP in connection with tinnitus in one ear. The initial telephone consultation, tests and follow-up consultations were all organised efficiently with great communications from Mr. Hannan and his team. What impressed most however, was the care Mr. Hannan took in listening, and the manner in which he explained the causes, the tests to be taken, the results and diagnosis and then his recommendation such that I had complete confidence in him at all times.
