I was recommended to Mr. Hannan by other family members and referred by my GP in connection with tinnitus in one ear. The initial telephone consultation, tests and follow-up consultations were all organised efficiently with great communications from Mr. Hannan and his team. What impressed most however, was the care Mr. Hannan took in listening, and the manner in which he explained the causes, the tests to be taken, the results and diagnosis and then his recommendation such that I had complete confidence in him at all times.
