Initially I spoke to Claire, his secretary, who was brilliant from start to finish. The initial consultation went very well with frank and friendly dicussions about what was achievable and not, I felt I was listened to throughout. Mr Sawyer took photos at this stage. The procedure was to be done under local anaesthetic, and I felt really confident after when I got home. Unfortunately the procedure was delayed by 2yrs due to covid and so I had a further (free) consultation towards the end of this period to reconfirm everything. I was admitted to The Harbour hospital in Poole on 14th June 2022. Mr Sawyer saw me before surgery in order to mark the incision lines on my face and photograph these for the record. He appeared very confident unlike some surgeons I have seen before. Mr Sawyer gave me almost a running commentary of the operation which took just over 1hr. The theatre staff there were excellent too. I had no pain after, and I was discharged after 2hrs after Mr Sawyer saw me again. I went back to the Hospital to have the stitches out, and last week I had a follow up consultation. All the wounds are healing well and fading already, I am am delighted with the outcome so far. Mr Sawyer has recommended I use a specific silica-gel and he has given me the details for ordering. Now on order! He wants me to have another follow up with him in December, I expect more photos!! Still after another 4 months of silica-gel, I might ask for copies. My experience with Mr Sawyer and his team have been faultless, nothing was too much trouble. I cannot think of any suggestion for improvement. I would fully recommend Mr Adam Sawyer.

Arm lift surgery (Brachioplasty) Dr Sawyer and his team at the Winterbourne Hospital were all very professional, friendly and helpful. I had two consultations prior to my surgery and I particualry liked how Mr Sawyer took his time to explain the procedure and showed me pictures and diagrams of the surgery process to enbale me to have a better undestandiing of the process The costings had been sent to me with a breakdown of how they where made up and options of payment. I was able to choose within reason the date of my surgery to fit in with my plans. I had 2 post op follow ups with the nurses and my final consultaton with Mr Sawyer at 8 week after the op. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I have gained the confidence to wear sleeveless tops something I had not done for years. I am not a young women (67) but I love my streamlined arms I would most definitely recommend Mr Sawyer and his team and will be using them again in the the near future.

I have had two consultations with Adam and my surgery and follow up after care appointments being six weeks post op. The care that I have received has been outstanding from start to finish. Throughout the whole process I have felt completely supported by the whole of Adams team nothing is too much trouble so for me has made my experience very comfortable and smooth. Adam has already been recommended to family and friends for his beautiful work and being a lovley kind person and I will always be grateful.

If you want to be under the care of a great plastic surgeon, with an ability to put you at your ease then Adam is your man. I had a blepharoplasty which was carried out under local anaesthetic, the injections are not the best thing in the world and quite painful but means you can go home straight after surgery. I am very happy with the result, it helped improve my looks by creating less drag on the eyes - feels so much better making me look less tired and younger too. Would have no hesitation in recommending Adam and his team. In fact am hoping to return in the Autumn for some more tweaks now Adam has given me the confidence!

Mr Sawyer came highly recommended online and it seemed like with his extensive experience, I would be in safe hands if I were to undergo tummy tuck with liposuction and breast augmentation. Following initial consultation, and meeting Adam in person, it was clear that his reputation was sound and I felt fully informed of the process, risks and recovery. He understood what I was hoping to achieve from the surgeries having had 2 children, and helped guide me in the options available to me. I underwent all procedures at BMI Harbour Hospital at the start of May and my recovery felt very swift and 12 weeks later the results continue to improve. It was definitely the right decision to have the procedures and the results have had the effect I was hoping for. I would highly recommend Mr Sawyer not only for his skill in performing operations but in his personality too, his warm character certainly made me feel at easy and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him and his supportive team to anyone interested exploring the option of plastic surgery.
