I had a knee replacement 7th December 2024. Mr Cox was my surgeon. From start to finish including pre op and post op appointments I was totally pleased with everything. Staff attentive and very caring. My surgery was a success and was able to bend my knee properly 4 weeks after . New Hall in my opinion one of the best hospitals. Clean, very well run and communication was amazing. Would recommend here to anyone. Thaankyou.

Absolutely wonderful hospital with wonderful staff.
Care was first class.
I was lucky enough to be a patient there under NHS.
The post op care was also fantastic.

Staff were helpful and caring. Everything was explained to me before admission and I got everything I needed at the time.

Ever since my first appointment at New Hall hospital I felt safe and each person I came into contact with treated me kindly and assisted me with all relevant information as required. Great hospital lovely team.

The wait time for surgery was considerably less
the communication amazing.

Everyone I met at New Hall hospital was very polite and seemed to go out of their way to be helpful. The nurses especially Pat and Tessa were friendly and kind. The physiotherapist, Emily ,was great and all the reception staff were welcoming. When I returned yesterday and was not quite sure if I was going the right way for X-ray dept.a member of staff actually showed me the way and came with me.

I was very well cared for and respected all the time that I was feeling vulnerable and alone. Everyone I met was kind and patient and I would not hesitate to recommend New Hall Hospital to anyone.

All ok apart from incident where possible heart condition indentified at pre-op assessment in August 2023 was not followed up or shown to anethetist until the day of the operation on 1st Sept 2023 (I think). Surgery was then postponed until 3rd January 2024 to allow for echo cardiogram.

I was pleased when told that my operation was going to be done at New Hall, as my wife was treated there, for a Hip Replacement, and she couldn't fault anything with her care and surgery, not that I would mind if it had been at Salisbury District Hospital, as I had Knee Replacement done there years ago, and I could't fault the way I was looked after.
The consultant surgeon Mr Harshad Dabke and all the staff at New Hall were excellent in leading up to my surgery and after care, and my treatment was successful, many thanks to all concerned.
