I found Mr Sawyer really friendly and approachable. He made me feel totally at ease. He explained clearly the procedure, risks and aftercare. I found the whole process very straightforward and felt listened to and looked after. I would highly recommend Dr Sawyer and his team.

Mr Sawyer is highly skilled and knowledgeable in his field. He listens to what you need, explains the procedure in as much or little detail as you require, any potential problems, the expected outcome giving you complete confidence. He has a very supportive and efficient team working with him in the theatre who obviously enjoy working with Mr Sawyer and make the patient feel relaxed and cared for. Not much room for improvement!

I was looking at getting 2 cosmetic surgeries, blepharoplasty (eyelid reduction) and bullhorn lip lift, my goal was to look less masculine. (As I am transitioning to look my feminine) I met with Dr Sawyer and his team to discuss my options, he was very easy to talk too, and very understanding, I was made to feel very welcome, not just by Dr Sawyer but by everyone at the Winterbourne Hospital. On the day of surgery, everything went smoothly, I wasn’t left waiting, communication was perfect, every step was explained. I was really well looked after. Adam was great from start to finish, good sense of humour, very honest and easy to talk to and great with my panic about size. He gave me confidence and autonomy - Adam makes you feel like he does this because he wants you to be happy - he wants the best for you, and his PA was super responsive and quick to respond to any adhoc questions. I felt safe, valued, and love my new bangers!
