I found Adam online and had an upper blepharoplasty with him in January. It is so hard to know how to find a good surgeon without personal recommendation so happy to have had a very good experience and delighted with the results. Would definitely recommend.

Adam put me at ease straight away, I had a list of questions he answered in depth and explained the operation and any complications that may occur. He came and saw me after my operation in my recovery room and made sure I was ok. I had my 6 week review and everything is healing well and I am more than pleased with my results. I would highly recommend mr sawyer.

Where do I start….. Adam Sawyer has changed my life…... After 3 pregnancies and my ever-increasing breasts, it was time to do something about them. My initial consultation with Adam was at the New Hall Hospital in Salisbury back in September 2022. I took an instant like to him, and felt he was the right surgeon for me. However, I sat on the fence for a year, but in September 2023 got back in contact with him for a further consultation at the Spire Southampton Hospital. Again, I felt super at ease during the consultation. Fast forward to 4 January 2024 and it’s surgery day. I was very stressed as I’d never had a general anesthetic, but the staff, anesthetist and Adam made me feel more relaxed about it. Thankfully, I was the first operation of the day and was down in surgery before I had too much time to worry about it. The aftercare at the Spire was amazing from the moment I woke up in recovery through to Adam coming to see me a few hours afterwards to talk about how it went. I did have a small opening at 3 weeks post op, and I duly sent photos to Adam and his admin team. They were extremely prompt, and I was back in the Spire having dressings changed every couple of days. Adam made a point of coming to check on me during one of these appointments. Everyone has been amazing. I am now 8 weeks post op and back to full normal duties including exercising again. I am absolutely over the moon with my results and my scars are so very neat and it’s still early days. I just wish I’d done it sooner. Thank you Adam.
