Miss Nunez was wonderful and so friendly! One of the best outpatient experiences I have had! I had to have an injection in my hand which I was quite wary of but she talked me through it and it was no problem at all!
very pleased with the procedure and outcome everything explained and the doctor made me feel relaxed which made the whole procedure less stressful that I expected
Miss Nunez is a great communicator. She explains things in a way which is totally understandable . She is very friendly and upbeat. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
Miss Nunez was excellent not just from the medical point of view but also as a human being, when dealing with my son's case. She spotted immediately something that wasn't diagnosed previously in my son's wrist and took all the steps needed to clarify what he had. She also was compassionate and empathetic with us as we were in shock and sad initially with the news. Fortunately with the deep review she undertook of the images done on my child's hand, surgery wasn't needed and the outcome was super positive.
What a lovely lady, so professional and informative. She explained in detail, exactly what the operation procedure would be and gave me such confidence to go ahead with surgery for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
I would recommend Ms Nunez to everybody.
