I saw Mr Way in May 2016 and on my first meeting with him he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He went into detail about my condition and once he asked me at the end did I have any questions, I had to say no you have totally covered everything I needed to know. I saw Mr Way again in June to do my operation which was a vertebroplasty and again he made me feel so relaxed and comfortable and ready to undertake my operation. I could not ask for more from Mr Way. I felt that Mr Way had gone up and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable. My operation was a total success and I was very happy that it was done by Mr Way.
