Mr Chissell performed corrective surgery on my knees in 2009 and 2010. He performed knee replacement surgery in 2019 and against in 2020. He was careful to explain the prognosis and I cannot fault his professionalism in anyway. I would recommend him to friends and colleagues and have done so.

I initially saw Mr Chissell as a private patient although surgery was done as an NHS patient. He showed no consideration for my welfare and didn't even bother to see me after the surgery. All post operative consultations were with a spinal surgeon at Frimley Park Hospital

As an aspiring footballer I’ve had knee problems for years, reoccurring several times. My Physio in the end referred me to Mr Chissell. I went and saw him and he explained exactly what him and my Physio’s opinion together had come to a decision on and recommended surgery. He explained it all in depth. Ofcourse I was slightly nervous..who isn’t for an operation? But he re-assured me and explained the benefits and how I’ll be after. And although I’m still recovering..I can see how well I’ve progressed, and if and when I have my other knee done, I don’t want anyone else but Mr Chissell to do it. Cannot recommend enough.

It had good a good experience at all with this surgeon. Was told I would need a minor knee op with 3-4 weeks recovery. Turns out this wasn't the case, 15 weeks late i an 100% worse than I was before I had the surgery. Knee in constant pain and swelling, which has resulted in a lot of muscle loss and now new problems with other knee and hip. When saw for a 8 week check up found surgeon takes over me and seemed to blame everyone else for the problems. It's been a total nightmare and wish every day I can turn back the clock not the have the surgery,
