Ms Petrie is en exemplary surgeon. Her care to me before and after surgery was first class. She listened and reassured me and was always available to speak to if I had a question. She fixed a problem I thought could never change and has subsequently changed my life for the better. The care at the Manor Hospital was very good with a great team of nurses, a clean private room and nourishing food.

Ms Petrie, guided me through all the options available to me for reconstructive surgery. She was very patient and answered all my questions in a clear manor. I never felt rushed during any of my appointments with her. My follow ups have been a positive experience too and helpfully some times have been done via zoom where practical.

My experience with Niki from the first consultation, through the surgery, to the final post-op check up was outstanding. Miss Petrie treated me a few years ago with a steroid injection into a keloid scar that had formed around a piercing - something that was important to me, but other doctors I had spoken with had declined to help. She listened to me attentively and understood that it was important to me to try this and the research I had done; she was clear with her explanations and managed my expectations appropriately. I was very pleased with the end result, and especially that I felt that my wishes had been listened to. Recently, a lipoma on my shoulder (which the NHS had told me could not be removed) had continued to grow and was interfering with my daily life, so I consulted Miss Petrie about its removal privately, as I trusted her from my previous experience. Again, she made me feel as though my opinion was valid, and she clearly explained what options were available for having it treated both privately and on the NHS, as it was now eligible for NHS treatment due to its size. She enabled me to combine NHS scans and private treatment, to keep the cost down while having the lipoma removed more quickly than would otherwise have been possible. She was kind and caring throughout the procedure, and I am delighted with the minimal scarring resulting from her skilled handiwork. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Miss Petrie to anyone considering treatment in her field.
