Dr Katy Ammar conducted a hysteroscopy and inserted a mirena coil. The care her and her support staff at Leatherhead Hospital gave me were of the highest standard I have received on the NHS, they couldn't have been more respectful, caring and thoughtful. The procedure was a success. This type of procedure is alway going to be uncomfortable but I strongly feel I couldn't have been in better, more skilled and kinder hands.

Miss Ammar has recently performed an operation on me to remove a fibroid and fit a coil. Throughout the process of hysteroscopy, the operation and post op care I have found her absolutely brilliant and wouldn't want to see anyone else for this type of care. Miss Ammar treats you like she would her only family. Highly recommended.

I saw Katy this week to have my coil removed. She listened to me carefully and then removed my coil which was very difficult as the strings had been cut so short. She kept asking if I was ok and wanted to continue. I felt very well looked after.
