Reviews
Straight talking and very knowledgeable. That helped my problem.
Times could be better
Miss Bita Manzouri was friendly and efficient. Explained the procedure very well during my initial consultation. The operation was a success , my vision is transformed - colour, clarity and range have vastly improved.
Ms Manzouri carefully explained all my options and I am very happy with the outcome. There was some awkwardness with a bill which left a slight bad taste - hence 4/5 overall recommendation.
Miss Manzouri puts you at ease as soon as you meet her. She explained the procedure to me, and though I felt nervous, I was reassured everything was going to be fine. True to her word, procedures were very straight forward, and painless.
She is a very skilled and professional, and very likeable.
Ms Manzouri was very attentive and during the operation she found that I needed a full anesthetic after the local anesthetic so she could continue her work. I was informed very quickly and everything went well, although it did take longer. I would recommend Ms Manzouri for anyone she was excellent. My partner however was waiting in the hospital and was not informed of the length of this hospital appointment. He was not aware that I had waited several hours after my initial operation time before it commenced, and then the other issues that took the operation much longer than expected. From the moment I was asked to arrive at the hospital till the time I was walking out of the hospital was 13hours. I feel that other staff at the information stations should have informed my partner better, despite him asking several time to different nurses and information people. Our car was in the hospital car park for over 13 hours.
