I had two separate procedures done under the Pain Management Clinic on 14th and 21st March 2024. Just wanted to highlight the exceptional nurses who attended to me and went above and beyond, in particular Danielle, Louise and Natalie as well as Kristina (apologies if I have remembered incorrectly - you know who you are!) from Reception. My experience definitely would not have been the same had I not been in your wonderful care and I am very grateful for you helping me feel at ease. Thank you again.

Staff were very friendly & helpful offering excellent care & explaining medical checks & eye drops prior to surgery. The hospital was very clean & welcoming. Miss Bita Manzouri came to see me prior to surgery & asked if I had any questions about the surgery. During the surgery she explained what she was doing. Following the surgery the after care was very good indeed.

I am so happy with the cataract removal surgery in my left eye performed by Ms Bita Mansouri. Thanks to the expertise and care provided by the surgeon and the medical team. I would wholeheartedly recommend this procedure anyone seeking to regain clear vision and improve their quality of life. I am absolutely thrilled with the results!!!

I was an NHS patient fortunate to be sent her via the NHS i cannot express how wonderful the hospital was from arriving and being taken to my private room to every member I came in contact with, Surgeon Anaesthetist, Nurses, Physio, Catering staff, Cleaners, and Porters it was exemplary. Thank you to all of you for being part of giving me back my life
