Dr. Stevan Fox was excellent, kind ,caring, informative and funny, made me feel relaxed about the procedure.
Endoscopy examination today 9 Jan 2020 by Dr Fox and his team. Reassuring, kind and informative treatment. So much better experience than last time. Would chose Dr Fox every time
doctor fox couldn't have treated me better or more kindly if I had been royalty,he and his team put me at ease throughout.I had a colonoscopy on 25/07/2019 followed up with a gastroscopy on 02/08 2019.
I was really nervous about having a repeat colonoscopy as a previous one 2yrs ago had resulted in excruciating pain later that night. Dr Fox reassured me and I felt he took the time to listen to my concerns. The procedure itself although a little uncomfortable at times was not rushed, things were explained and there was no embarrassment at all. Dignity was maintained throughout and all staff were professional and worked well together as a team. Going back for a gastroscopy doesn't seem as daunting now :)
