Dr Fox was incredibly approachable, professional and easy to understand. He performed a necessary but uncomfortable procedure and made me feel safe and calm in an otherwise stressful and daunting situation. I think a lot of people could've been quite traumatised by the invasive procedure but I walked away feeling like it was any other medical treatment - it was performed perfectly and with great care. I was really nervous and embarrassed about the procedure but he made it seem as easy and normal as possible. I really recommend him and he's a tribute to the hospital and the NHS.

From the outset Dr Fox was reassuring and calming in his approach. He fully explained the procedure both in what would take place and what I might experience. Throughout he kept me informed about what was happening and what he could see, and answered any questions I asked. Dr. Fox's professional and reassuring manner reduced my anxiety level considerably and I felt confident in his ability. I would like to thank him and his staff for making a potentially uncomfortable experience relatively easy to undergo.

I was feeling extremely nervous, as I have had this procedure before which was extremely painful, Doctor Stevan Fox made me feel at ease, his bedside manner was very kind and thoughtful, which was much appreciated and the procedure was not as painful as it was previously, thank you for your kindness
