First of all I would like to say thank you Dr Ros for helping me in the past few months and ensuring I have been diagnosed correctly. ADHD diagnosis - After years of trying to figure out why I am great at certain things and not so good at others, I decided I need to get help. Initially I went through my GP and was given the option of SSRI's and after declining these I was put through a CBT/therapy process. This helped to unwind a few things but was not the root cause. A close friend of mine went through the diagnosis process through the NHS last year and was seen this year, since we have similar personalities I decided to do the same. However, ADHD diagnosis through the NHS is still under process despite. Given the unknown time delay I decided to go online to see if there was an alternative and came across Dr Ros' profile on Phychiatry UK. I am so glad I decided to go with Dr Ros as she went above and beyond in ensuring I was correctly diagnosed. She took her time, was compassionate, systematic and thorough. Ensured she eliminated all other possible variables that were going on with me. I've seen my GP a few times over the years and have visited various times over the years. My interaction with Dr Ros was the first time I felt listened to, backed by a high level of knowledge and experience in the field of mental health. A part of my feels like why I didn't do this sooner, however this is a fact of life and now that I have been through the process I am happy it was with Dr Ros.

I can't begin to thank Dr Ros enough for her incredible service. The difference I felt in only one session was mind blowing. Her incredible knowledge and patience gave me great comfort in feeling confident to truly open up to her which I have never done before. I have tried many forms of therapy and always felt pretty deflated and guarded, Dr Ros made me feel safe, she also really helped me understand the root of my problems. Her advice and guidance of what to do next was priceless. I have made great progress from our session and do feel now im finally able to overcome my survival patterns that are holding me back from becoming the best version of myself. I am super excited to work with Dr Ros in the future. She really did go above and beyond to help me achieve exactly what I needed. If you feel stuck, scared or lost in your life take the leap and let Dr Ros help you overcome whats holding you back. I will be forever grateful for this experience!!
