I saw Ros to talk about symptoms of dissociation. She is the first psychiatrist I've seen who I feel both really listened, and looked at everything as a whole rather than picking up on one aspect of my problems and ignoring everything else. She didn't just diagnose, but gave me confidence she was making the right diagnosis. She was also very good at helping me to stay calm, when things got overwhelming. Genuinely excellent!

Ros is lovely! Whenever I have spoken with her I have never felt like an inconvenience or as though I am taking up too much of her time. Even with written communication she normally gets back to you in under 36 hours. She is more than happy to answer any questions or concerns that you have about your condition or medication. Ros' expertise in neurodevelopmental conditions is outstanding and she explains everything very simply but effectively, allowing me to understand my condition further and what options are available to help me manage it. I would recommend her to anyone!

I am so grateful to have met Dr. Ros. I was incredibly nervous going into our first appointment and she quickly put me at ease. Her warmth and compassion were evident immediately and she really made me feel listened to and understood, which has unfortunately rare from my experience. Thanks to her, after repeatably being misdiagnosed and having my experiences ignored by my GP I've finally received an appropriate diagnosis and started a treatment that I'm hopeful will be a foundation I can begin to build my life on. Also thanks to her in-depth report and recommendation to my GP I was able to get a referral to secondary mental health services within the NHS. I would recommend Dr. Ros without a moment's hesitation. Her knowledge, professionalism, kindness and genuine interest in helping are a special combination and I will always be thankful I reached out to her.

Such a lovely lady, extremely easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable during my appointment, and had some good patter along the way. She helped me to understand how my brain now functions due to past traumas, and explained well how this would now make me feel the way I do. Never had a mental health professional explain so clearly and thoroughly my diagnosis and how it effects me. She left me with plenty of recourses to help me get started with, and lots of treatment options available for me to pursue once more services are back up and running (due to COVID).
