I can't begin to thank Dr Ros enough for her incredible service. The difference I felt in only one session was mind blowing. Her incredible knowledge and patience gave me great comfort in feeling confident to truly open up to her which I have never done before. I have tried many forms of therapy and always felt pretty deflated and guarded, Dr Ros made me feel safe, she also really helped me understand the root of my problems. Her advice and guidance of what to do next was priceless. I have made great progress from our session and do feel now im finally able to overcome my survival patterns that are holding me back from becoming the best version of myself.
