I saw Dr Robin Chatterjee at a MICAS assessment in a clinic run by ST Georges Hospital, he was very understanding and knew my problem straight away. He explained exactly what was wrong and gave me some exercises to do which will help with my problem.

Dr Chatterjee had treated me in the Wandsworth Musculoskeletal interface clinical assessment Service (MICAS). He advised, investigated and treated my condition in a timely manner. I was extremely pleased with my treatment from Dr Chatterjee as he was reassuring, attentive and explained everything in detail each step of the way. I can happily say that I have made a complete recovery and would recommend him to fellow patients.

I had such a great experience with Dr Chaterjee, having coming to the appointment after a long period of pain and feeling skeptical that there would be a solution for this. He gave me the opportunity to explain my issue but had already looked into my case and was prepared with suggestion as to what the underlying could be... which was further support by the account I shared with him. He made me feel really comfortable and empathised with my situation, providing a quick and confident plan of action that came into fruition just a week later when I returned for a scan and steroid Injection in the affected area as an initial resolve. I would say this was the best experience I have had with a medical professional and I left both visits feeling relieved that not only I was in safe hands but that with visibility on next steps. Thank you Dr Chaterjee!

Dr Robin Chatterjee was introduced to me through BUPA due to a painful shoulder. When I first arrived in his office he greeted me with a relaxed manner which allowed me to speak to him with ease. He suggested I call him Robin and explained to me who he was and his background. This was very important to me to know who was treating me and what treatment I was to expect to help resolve my problem. Previously, I had had an MRI which showed no damage to my shoulder. Robin explained that he would like to do an Ultrasound which was arranged immediately. The results showed that I had 2 tears to my tendon and a calcium deposit. He also suggested that I have a blood test to determine why I had a the calcium deposit which was organized for the next day. At my followup appointment the following week - my blood tests were all good, I had a steroid injection in the shoulder which was guided with ultrasound support. At my request, he called my physiotherapist to confirm that he was confident with her training to support my healing. I am due for a final followup date with him after my next round of physio. I am in full support of this wholistic approach to healing and am extremely pleased that I was referred to Dr Robin Chatterjee. Without his expertise I could have continued on without the correct diagnosis and permanently damaged my shoulder. I have already told family and friends to see him. All of the staff are absolutely brilliant - Georgia was an invaluable aide. I highly recommend the HCA UK at Chiswick Medical Centre.

His manner was impeccable. I felt convenient that I was in good hands very quickly after meeting him. He was appropriately dressed. He conducted my ultrasound scan with an informative calmness and kindly explained what we were looking at on the screen. He treated me like an equal -,not a glimmer of patronising glibness.
