Dr Robin Chatterjee

I had an excellent experience with Dr Chatterjee. Reassuring and experienced with my knee problems.

Although Dr Chatterjee seemed knowledgeable of the reason I was seeing him, I was disappointed with his interpersonal skills. His style of communication seemed disinterested and as though he didn’t trust/believe my answers and when he spoke to me delivered a matching tone, especially as I decided to not continue with further treatment his response seemed frustrated. I also found that he didn’t fully listen to all details during our initial consultation and elements of the notes he provided do not accurately reflect the information I shared. The availability was also a challenge with it taking almost 2 months between booking my initial consultation and follow-up appointment for the results from the tests I had been referred to.

I had an excellent experience being treated by Dr. Chatterjee. From my initial consultation last spring to my final consultation earlier this week (and the intervening treatments), he has always listened to what I had to say and was a problem solver. The significant pain in my (82 year old knee) has gone away and, for example, thirty minutes and 10 Km on an exercise bike is now painless. A highly recommended professional!

Thorough and clear

I was more than impressed with Dr Chatergee's extensive knowledge about a neck problem that my own GP described as 'not showing any significant cause for concern' and 'normal for my age'. Dr Chattergee's expert diagnosis of the condition and the steps I should take towards successfully resolving it, put my mind greatly at ease. I left his consultation relieved and hopeful. Given his clear expertise in his chosen field, I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Chattergee to anyone.
