I had such a great experience with Dr Chaterjee, having coming to the appointment after a long period of pain and feeling skeptical that there would be a solution for this. He gave me the opportunity to explain my issue but had already looked into my case and was prepared with suggestion as to what the underlying could be... which was further support by the account I shared with him. He made me feel really comfortable and empathised with my situation, providing a quick and confident plan of action that came into fruition just a week later when I returned for a scan and steroid Injection in the affected area as an initial resolve. I would say this was the best experience I have had with a medical professional and I left both visits feeling relieved that not only I was in safe hands but that with visibility on next steps.
