My first impression of Dr Preeti Shah is that she's unique. She is clearley a leader in her field. Her relaxed, fun and lovely/caring demeanour was a pleasant surprise. She put me at ease from the very begining as I've had a healthy life so far. I also noticed that she's a great listener and very diligent in her note talking, collecting all the info. I felt comfortable while being examined me and she explained what was currently happening to my body very clearly and assured me that I'm in good hands with her and the hospital in Wilmslow. With Dr Shah as my rehumotolgist, I am confident that she will help me recover and manage this new condtion. I am looking forward to seeing Dr Shah again. I highly reccomend, Dr Preeti Shah. I was concerned about the risk of ? Osteoporosis as I was experiencing back pain . Dr Shah examined me thoroughly and arranged investigations. A Scan an Blood test was organised very quickly and she reassured me with the results. Dr Shah gave me Important medical advise medication but also a good practical advise Including small changes and using sports bra. These recommendations have made a huge difference in my posture and muscle tension and I am more relaxed and walk with more confidence. I thank her daily in my mind as she managed my care so well and is an amazing and caring doctor. I have no more back pain and walk very tall knowing she prevented complications for me in future.Thsnk you Dr Shah

I saw Dr Shah at Altrincham General Hospital recently as I have been suffering with Polymyalgia Rheumatica. Dr Shah is a very friendly and understanding doctor and I felt completely at ease with her. She is extremely professional and arranged all the necessary tests for me immediately. I received exceptional treatment and advice and I would highly recommend her.

I came back to see Dr Shah after been diagnosed by her a few years back. After seeing another consultant going back to Dr Shah was the best thing I did. Dr Shah listens and more importantly for me made me feel at ease with her whilst I was in an emotional state, it honestly felt like I was chatting with a friend. I left the appointment feeling so much better in the knowledge that she explained my treatment plan moving forward and that we would take it a step at a time until my pain was manageable. This is all Iv wanted, I just wish I had gone back to her sooner rather than the path I took.
