I came back to see Dr Shah after been diagnosed by her a few years back. After seeing another consultant going back to Dr Shah was the best thing I did.
Dr Shah listens and more importantly for me made me feel at ease with her whilst I was in an emotional state, it honestly felt like I was chatting with a friend.
I left the appointment feeling so much better in the knowledge that she explained my treatment plan moving forward and that we would take it a step at a time until my pain was manageable. This is all Iv wanted, I just wish I had gone back to her sooner rather than the path I took.
