Dr Kelly was very pleasant and listened to me when I spoke and explained thing clearly in a way I could understand. He didn't treat me like a statistic or as if I was his last patient at the end of a long day.

This was the first time my teenage son saw Dr Kelly and I was very happy with the consultation. Dr Kelly treated my son with respect and was kind and caring towards both my son and I. I felt that he took time to listen, explaining to us and doing things thoroughly. We didn't feel rushed at all and felt comfortable during the consultation. I also felt confident in his professional knowledge.

I have been seeing Dr Kelly for over 2 years. I always find him to be extremely caring and knowledgeable. I have a complex endocrine condition which leaves me vulnerable and I have absolute confidence that Dr Kelly will provide me thoughtful consideration of my symptoms and proper respect as a patient. I have previously suffered a great deal through lack of being listened to by others so the difference in service from Dr Kelly is much appreciated. He was the first doctor I met in many years who had a full understanding of my condition without me first having to explain anything. He absolutely has the patient's needs specifically in mind and displays the extra care that makes a difference to outcome.
