I had a very impressive appt with Dr Radhika Rampat today. Her analysis of my eye problem was clear. Her description of what is wrong with my eyesight in one eye post Cataract operation was especially articulate. Her examination and options were careful and thorough. I felt extremely lucky to be in her care. Xandra Bingley age 81.

Dr Anant Patel has been amazing every step of the way. I have full confidence in his abilities and he has been also extremely empathetic and kind through the process. - He is clearly at the top of his game, and knew even before the biopsy results what the conclusions were likely to be (I wasn't quite ready for the conclusion then, but on hindsight it gave me more time to process it). - He was very communicative and patient with all my questions, including taking an unscheduled follow up call the very next day at short notice - He expedited the process for me from the start so that my biospy was scheduled literally 1 working day from my evening consultation with him - as a result the support team processes were catching up on this, but it was fine - He continues to take ownership of my case end-to-end, calling my husband immediately after he left Dr Patel a message post operation. I am very grateful for his expertise and support

Dr Patel has a great bedside manner, was very thorough at listening to all my different symptoms and quickly arranged all the relevant checks. He explained them well and put me at ease with what was happening. Dr Patel was diligent and made sure there I was showing signs of recovery before discharging me. Dr Patel is caring, empathetic, a good communicator and completely trusted his plan of care.
