All staff were very attentive and helpful, but I’d like to give a special mention to Dennis, the shuttle driver. He was super nice, even giving me his arm to steady myself as I crossed the road to get to my bus stop. Lovely guy

I saw Cleofe, who took my blood for an allergy test. I often faint in blood tests so was nervous. The reason I wrote this review was to let you know privately that I received outstanding care and treatment from Cleofe. She has a special caring, humorous and friendly but professional about her that put me more at ease than I would otherwise be and made me have a pleasant time taking a blood test despite my fear. After the test, I felt bad because others were waiting, but she made me feel totally at ease to take as much time as I needed to ensure I was in a good state of mind. Other positive aspects as well. So am sending this review as a manager in my own field, I think good people should be recognised, and I hope Cleofe gets some recognition if this is the level of care she is giving well above the expectation I would say. Thank you
