I came in for bariatric surgery and have never felt so supported and comfortable in a health care environment. All the nurses, doctors, catering, receptionists were all amazingly helpful and made us feel so welcome and supported! I’d like to shout out a few specific ones. Nurses James and Charmaine were phenomenal and the Dietitian Vivian was such a pleasure to deal with. Whenever I sent her a message she responded straight away and really made me feel that I always have someone to turn to and ask any questions I had. Thank you to all the amazing staff at the Cleveland! I’m sorry I can’t remember all the names of the people who cared for me but they were all amazing!

Excellent treatment from arrival to departure. All personnel knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. Procedure went ahead on time and to time. Post operative care was of highest standard and discharge process straightforward. Cannot fault anything. Lucky to have been treated in such circumstances.

There was a lot of waiting , from the moment we check in waiting for the surgery lab , till we were discharged - waiting for our medication was an awful experience. There was a lack of communication and many different staff telling us different thing or confusing messages. All these are very disappointing and frustrating, especially for such a high end private hospital which is supposed to be delivering one of the best in London!

Maria Marikit, she was the only one whom we felt was sincere and emphasized with our situation. Everyone else was just paying lip service .
