Dr Jaitly was a very pleasant surprise to my husband and I and she treated him following an accident in snow and ice. She offered immediate follow up treatment at the hospital, and prescription, and really listened to my husband. She was friendly and did not rush him, and we both felt very confident in her diagnosis and follow up treatment. She arranged physiotherapy urgently, and I am sure that her actions at the initial visit really helped his recovery. He actually said to me when we came out of the surgery "what a very nice woman". This is praise indeed when my husband is talking about a doctor! My only complaint would be that because she is so popular, it can take a while to obtain an appointment with Dr Jaitly, but her popularity is no surprise to us. Highly recommended for her empathy, patience and follow through of treatment plan.

Dr Jaitly is a brilliant doctor. She is approachable, empathetic and understanding. I always feel that she fully understands me. She provides excellent care. I will happily wait a few more days to see her in particular.
