I have been visiting this practise for many years but have been treated not nice especially by dr william jasper who has been extremely cruel to me on several occasions.Considering he is a senior dr it is very appalling that he has never been kind or helpful.A very dissappointed patient.If a patient needs chronic stress see this gp.If help is required see any other gp.If help is requested he talks about it will cost money and is most unhelpful gp there and loyalty of a patient is disregarded.A gp who can trigger anxiety.when i left this gp always unhappy and he never cared for my children whenever help asked.

Please be kind if you are a dr please dont harass patients.

Reception and nurses very helpful and polite.

I have been registered with this surgery for more than 25 years. Always had a brilliant experience with the doctors. My experience seeing the doctor today was the worst ever. He was not welcoming, very abrupt and not helpful. Had 2 issues i wanted to discuss when I mentioned this his reply was which the the priority because he would not be able to advise due to time allocated for me.. it felt like he was doing me a big favour.I would never see him again even if I was dieing. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from. A doctor.

Firstly the receptionist are very welcoming, polite and helpful. I was able to get a same day appointment which is very rare compared to other surgeries (so I'm told!). Lovely doctors and nurses which makes you feel very comfortable. the Dr even got a second opinion from another Dr to make sure their findings were correct.

Nothing, very smooth experience.
