Dr Galaiya is very welcoming and she is very patient and listens to what you have to say. She asks questions and makes sure that she understands the problem, and she is very prompt at arranging referrals. I book my appointments on line, and usually give the reason for my visit, and was very impressed to attend a follow up appointment after a scan at hospital, and she had printed some information for me and had this ready and waiting. She takes the time to explain the prognosis, prescription and any side effects of prescription medicines, and I feel I can totally trust her. I would recommend her to anyone.
