I am not the kind of patient that will be nagged into a decision. I need to know all the facts, risks and options and a chance to ask any questions or concerns I may have before committing to a treatment. Dr John supports me in this every time I need to visit him. He asks how you are, listens carefully, suggests treatment, involves you in decision making, is patient, polite, a true gentleman, has a good sense of humour, educates you, teases you, answers all your questions with diagrams if necessary, will tell you about the latest research on a topic if you ask, puts you at ease, is very friendly, calm, and I cannot imagine a better doctor if I tried.
