Dr Jones was superb. She took her time to have a good discussion with me for my annual consultation. She was attentive, kind, thorough and spoke to me as an equal. I appreciated the fact that I didn't feel rushed and she made sure to discuss with me next steps and ongoing care and treatment. My overall experience with the neurology department at Addenbrookes has been absolutely fantastic, all the staff are incredibly professional, kind and efficient and should be highly commended.

I had my 6 monthly check in, over the phone, with Joanne today. Which was our first conversation. She was very easy to chat with over the phone. Listened to me intently when talking about my MS, and was able to provide me with very helpful information on the topics we discussed.
