Feras is a fantastic colleague. We work together to develop care plans for frequent attenders, work with other patients attending acutely and to develop the service we offer. Feras is a holistic and caring doctor who identifies the needs of an individual and then works hard to achieve the best outcomes for them. He is extremely helpful to ED colleagues and is available to give advice and guidance for challenging situations. He is always friendly and enthusiastic about his work. It genuinely feels like we are one team who are just employed by different Trusts.

I have worked with Dr. Mustafa over the past 6 months as the Service Manager. In that time I have routinely been impressed by his knowledge, passion, competence, candour and collobarative approach with the MDT. It has made me wish I had worked with/learned from him as a newly qualified nurse.

Dr Mustafa, it a very competent and knowledgeable Dr. He listens to the whole team when difficult decisions need to be made. Dr Mustafa always acts in a professional manner, communicates honestly and openly to others and is dedicated to delivery high quality service. He acts as a role model for junior Dr's and other nursing staff whom he works with and recognises the contribution of every individual. Dr Mustafa puts his patients wellbeing in the forefront and treats all with dignity and respect.

An ALMHS referral was submitted on ward round with in a few hours Dr Mustafa and Nicola Clare (ALMHS manager) came to the ward to review the patient. He had appreciated the urgency of the referral and came soon after the referral was made. He listened to the concerns of the Ward Sister and explained why the patient was behaving the way he was. He took time to review the patient to ensure he knew all the facts. He then made a plan of care and stayed with us for it to be initiated. He was on the ward for approx. 1 and a half hours. This made the ward staff feel comfortable with the situation. He was professional and friendly towards the ward nurses and doctors.The ward staff were very happy with his approach to the situation

Dr Feras and the ALMHS team provided input to my family member whom had an acute neurological condition. Dr Feras is not only a fantastic psychiatrist but he also demonstrated a good knowledge of neurological conditions which proved invaluable. Dr Feras is clearly a very dedicated and caring individual and would contact me regularly to explain the changes to my family members treatment plan or update me on how they were responding to treatment. I am truly thankful for the input of Dr Feras and the ALMHS team.
