Feras is a fantastic colleague. We work together to develop care plans for frequent attenders, work with other patients attending acutely and to develop the service we offer.
Feras is a holistic and caring doctor who identifies the needs of an individual and then works hard to achieve the best outcomes for them. He is extremely helpful to ED colleagues and is available to give advice and guidance for challenging situations.
He is always friendly and enthusiastic about his work. It genuinely feels like we are one team who are just employed by different Trusts.
