I am so pleased that I chose to see Dr Faisal Ali for my skin condition. I explained that I was undergoing nasal surgery the following week and needed reassurance that the skin condition would not delay my long awaited surgery. I am quite an anxious person, but immediately felt at ease with him. After my examination and diagnosis, he prescribed some medication and was quite confident that this would improve things considerably. Happily he was able to confirm that I could proceed with my operation. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr Ali was warm, welcoming and friendly. He put me at ease immediately. He listened to my story, was very conscious of any requirements I might have for a chaperone during my examination so his focus on my dignity was paramount and something that I appreciated. Dr Ali was very knowledgable and knew what my problem was very quickly and reassured me of treatment options. I had an excellent experience today and thank Dr Ali for his care.

I was referred to Dr. Ali by my health insurance provider (Bupa) after I noticed a small patch of hair loss to the rear of my scalp. Dr Ali confirmed it was an early stage case of alopecia areata and promptly provided guidance on the required treatment and a prescription for the relevant medications. He scheduled a follow-up appointment 8 weeks later, at which point it was noted that there was a noticeable reduction/reversal of my original symptoms. Now less than 5 months since my original diagnosis, the area of hair loss has almost completely regrown. I can not recommend Dr. Ali enough. He is a very personable gentleman and exercises true empathy and understanding with his patients.
