I was referred to Dr. Ali by my health insurance provider (Bupa) after I noticed a small patch of hair loss to the rear of my scalp. Dr Ali confirmed it was an early stage case of alopecia areata and promptly provided guidance on the required treatment and a prescription for the relevant medications. He scheduled a follow-up appointment 8 weeks later, at which point it was noted that there was a noticeable reduction/reversal of my original symptoms. Now less than 5 months since my original diagnosis, the area of hair loss has almost completely regrown. I can not recommend Dr. Ali enough. He is a very personable gentleman and exercises true empathy and understanding with his patients.
