I went in for treatment about a wrist and finger injury, which as a climber gave me a lot of anxiety and caused a lot of stress. Dr Craig, not only reassured me through his professionalism and confidence, but seemed to have a lot of first hand experience. He was thoughtful, attentive and very friendly. Both him and the Freedom Clinic were very accommodating and it was a pleasure to be treated. Thanks a lot Dr Craig, I owe you one!

Having suffered for over a year with right upper lateral thigh pain I decided to contact Bupa physioLine on the 29.8.23. I was assessed and and referred to a musculoskeletal consultant urgently because as well as suffering with pain I was also suffering from extreme health anxiety. I looked online for a musculoskeletal consultant and decided to go with Dr Rosenbloom (sports and exercise medicine consultant)having read his profile, a team doctor for Tottenham Hotspur football club, I knew I would be in good hands. I saw Dr Rosenbloom on the 30.8.23 and as soon as he started asking me about my issue I knew he was going to be someone extremely caring and knowledgeable. I was literally in tears and he made me feel so at ease, he asked me so many relevant questions and did a thorough and I mean thorough examination of all my lower half movements. After the examination he went through a few diagnoses that could be causing the pain and explained fully what they could be, but he said only an MRI could confirm what was or was not going on. He mentioned the pain may be coming from the lower back or pinched nerve etc but an MRI would confirm this. Again when he was talking to me I was in tears and again was extremely professional and told me not to worry, he said he was here to worry and not me. He showed me on the internet and explained what may be happening as regards my pain, I mentioned I was about to go to a family destination wedding and I just wanted all this cleared asap and he was extremely obliging, with in a day he got me booked in for an MRI and within a few days I was seen with the results on the 6.9.23. He showed me the MRI pictures and said it’s the best outcome it could have been with no pain from lower back, no pinched nerve so it must be more a muscular problem. The way he explained the few little problems I did have was amazing and as a 60 year old it was normal to have the problems I did have. The best treatment he recommended was physiotherapy to strengthen my back and core and pain killers if pain was really bad. He took time to show the physiotherapist he recommended and that if I ever needed him again he was always there to help and guide and he was only an email away …….What an amazing and incredible consultant, definitely definitely would recommend for any musculoskeletal issues. Many, many thanks Dr Rosenbloom for all your support and guidance and taking care of me, your knowledge, professionalism and caring attitude was second to none…… You’re amazing!!!

Craig was utterly fantastic. He took onboard my concerns as an athlete and his first hand experience in elite sport gave me confidence in his recommendations. He provided excellent advice going forward and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I saw Dr Rosenbloom due to issues I had with both of my knees. He was able to diagnose that neither knee was suffering from arthritis, which was my main concern, but on further inspection suspected my issues were caused by old injuries. Each knee had a different issue and he recommended targeted stretching and strengthening exercises to each knee which completely eradicated the issues. I would highly recommend Dr Rosenbloom not only for his knowledge, which led to my diagnosis, but for the way he dealt with me.
