I have recurrent subluxation of both patellar and have been under the care of Emma, who has provided me with a range of exercises tailored to my specific needs. I have had NHS physiotherapy in the past, but felt the care and knowledge that Emma provided has been life-changing. Emma's passion for helping others offers a personal but professional approach, and she has helped me to see the potential of what my knees are actually capable of, restoring my confidence both physically and mentally. My life was put upside down after I had a sport accident with a diagnosed damage to my ACL / PCL and both meniscus in my right knee. I didn’t think it was possible to ever get back to my sport and started to find my peace with it. Emma did a great job supporting me throughout the whole journey of my recovery and was really helpful in all aspects. She took the time needed to get me back on track , physically and emotionally! When things didn’t go well or when things put me slightly back she always encouraged me to move on and gave me the right input that kept me going.
