Emma got me back to playing my sport quicker than anticipated and also improved some of my physical abilities (quicker and more powerful), which she initially said she would. She was able to keep me positive throughout the process and explained each step of the rehab very well.

I cannot thank Emma enough for the support she gave me during my knee dislocation recovery. Emma was supportive and ensured that i got the right care and advice which enabled me to get back on my feet again. Emma is a great physio who put together a comprehensive programme to get me back into my sport after a meniscus repair. The programme was constantly tweaked and updated as my needs changed. She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and approachable and I have no hesitation in recommending her.

I have recurrent subluxation of both patellar and have been under the care of Emma, who has provided me with a range of exercises tailored to my specific needs.
